Painting is a passion I have had since childhood. I wasn't always good at it, but for some reason, it calmed me. Giving back to those who are in our perifery everyday is something I've thought about since Covid. They kept going and I apreciate all their hard work. I've been a waitress, a server, and worked in retail. These people are some of the best, good natured, and bonafide givers I have ever met.
This is what has inspired me to paint a series of their portraits. Here are a few of my lastest creations. I give to them as they have given to me their energy, thoughts, and smiles! Look around and you may see them serving you breakfast or just a good cup of coffee. :)
